Enhancing teamwork through competitive challenge
Our Team Challenges are residential team building events which will be of particular interest to larger businesses with a number of regional offices, separate works, or different divisions, departments or shifts.
They have also been used successfully as a marketing and incentive tool by clients who have invited key suppliers and valued customers to rise to the challenge and submit their own teams.
These Team Challenges are unique in that they pit team against team in such a way that the final result can only be achieved if there is co-operation both within and between every team. In this way, they mimic many of the processes that occur in the real world of work, adding depth and meaning. Fully competitive challenges are available, if required.
Our standard team building challenge is designed for three or more teams of four to six people. Based around a highly flexible core framework, the members of each team take part in a number of different challenges - some mental, others more physical - all leading to a complex final exercise requiring careful planning and execution. If required, we can use some of these stages to mimic work issues, thus allowing maximum benefit for all concerned. Indeed, as with all our programmes, we believe in offering the utmost flexibility, and the challenge design is only finalised after careful consultation.
