All our training is based on six basic beliefs:
1. There is no substitute for practical experience...
- All our programmes are based around practical tasks which reflect work issues, raise levels of awareness, and add value to all participants.
2. Shared experience creates strong bonds...
- We use a mix of tasks and training methods in order to create a stimulating environment in which teams bond quickly. We neither push people to their physical limits nor force them to do things they do not want to do, although a little stretch and challenge is expected – and often requested!
3. Learning + fun = learning that lasts...
- Our training methods are highly accessible, and our tasks are great fun. This creates a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment in which the lessons become memorable events.
4. Reasonable behaviour begets reasonable behaviour...
- We encourage open and honest communication between all members of the team, and at all levels. This helps to break down hierarchical barriers, and remove silo mentality.
5. Effective communication is the key to success...
- We demonstrate the huge power and importance of effective listening, and raise levels of awareness of self and others.
6. No training is effective unless it is relevant...
- We add realism, value and relevancy by relating all the learning back to the workplace.
